As sisters we love to travel together. During one of our summer holidays abroad we had an eye opening experience that changed our holiday and mindset forever.
What apparently seemed like a small event, such as one of us twisting an ankle and using crutches temporarily, had a tremendous impact on our holiday experience.
Instead of freely exploring our destination, we faced the challenge of having to plan in advance and carefully choose the activities that we wanted to do. Although it was an amazing destination and we had a great time it was quite challenging since it was the first time that we ever experienced how it feels to move around in an unfamiliar place with physical limitations.
Coincidentally, although in different ways, our professional background addressed the importance of accessibility as well. Launching our business has been a long lasting desire and combining accessibility and travelling felt like the perfect match. That is how Portugal 4all Senses was born. We are a tour operator specialized in accessible tourism for people with special needs, their friends and family.
We are highly motivated in contributing to make all welcome to our beautiful country well. We believe in an inclusive society and we aim to be a key player in promoting positive change through tourism. It is this passion that keeps us going further.
